Blocks are placed more than once when you press the place button, and same with when breaking too.

Whenever I place or break blocks, it happens more than once when i just press the break or place button once. It's getting annoying now. It started ever since the New Touch Control Scheme was released. Please fix this, thanks. 

 

To reproduce:

1. Open a world
2. Use the New Touch Control Scheme that has right click and left click as buttons
3. Break or place blocks by pressing the button random
4. It should randomly place more than once

Expected Results:

• It breaks or places blocks once when pressing the buttons once.
