All Marketplace content has a "New" tag and a blue exclamation mark in the search results

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Marketplace
2. Click on the search bar in the top right corner
3. Search for something

Observed Results:
All results have a "New" tag and a blue exclamation mark.

Expected Results:
The "New" tag shouldn't appear, and the blue exclamation mark should only appear if the user owns the content and an update is available.
