Mangrove roots don’t render outside of simulation distance

Mangrove roots don’t render outside of the simulation distance, this leads to mangrove swamps looking ugly and strange with floating trees.

This is simple to recreate, place mangrove roots and walk/fly away until the roots are outside of the simulation distance, the mangrove roots will disappear. This affects naturally generating mangrove roots as well as mangrove roots placed by players
