Ink Sacs, Lapis Lazuli, Bone Meal, and Cocoa Beans are still substitutes for the corresponding dye color

The pre-1.14 dye configurations still work on all Bedrock platforms. This means if you wanted to make, say, a brown banner, you could use Cocoa Beans in the recipe rather than Brown Dye.
