when I brought skulkers to the over world they spawned 33,000 blocks in the air

I took skulkers from the end put them in the portal and broke their minecarts then when I went to spawn and they weren't there but the minecart items were I made a creative copy of the world and teleported myself to the skulker and it was ~32,767 blocks in the air.
