Constant Crashing

After the 1.20.1 while playing recently the game started crashing for no reason right after logging into my world. Initially I thought the world was corrupt but I ran through the steps to check for corruption. And it doesn't matter which saved world I play on the game crashes.

Reproducing the issue is easy as all I need to do is log into a saved world and step forward a few blocks, which will cause the game to crash.
