Invisable/glitched from frost walker 1 and 2

This glitch has the frost walker frost texture to not update leading to invisable, glitched texture, or nonupdating texture. This was found on a samsungA13. The texture seems to update by 

1. Jumping
2. Waititing on the ice

 

How to recreate the bug

1. Get boots with any frost walker
2. Walk on water
