Text showing on the Character wearing enchanted gear when using rtx pack

How to replicate:

1) Enable any rtx pack.
2) In game disable rtx.
3) put on enchanted iron leggings
4) watch the glint on the leggins in the inventory, you will see text.

What should happen:
Normal glint behaviour.
