Hand position stuck

Not sure how it happened, but my character is stuck in a weird position with the hands out and the hand also bugged in first person. Check the images for what it looks like.

 

I have tried restarting my game, dying in game, and restarting my PC but nothing fixes it. The issue doesnt happen on other worlds, only the one it is occuring on.
