Global Resources Reset Resources failed to load previously

Whenever I try to open the Minecraft app on my iPad, it crashes immediately. Sometimes it will show the message, “Global Resources Reset Resources failed to load previously.” I can’t even properly load onto the menu screen. (See video and screenshot)
