Large Maps get stuck at full download progress and doesn't move on to import.

So I bought a map on the Marketplace called InsaneCraft Pack 1.3, and the file size of the template is 155.1MB, and that seems reasonable, I mean the pack costs 1690 Minecoins, but it just won't finish downloading, it gets stuck on 155.1MB/155.1MB and then doesn't move on to the next step, is there anything I can do to fix it?

 

Update

I can still download smaller packs just fine, but it seems if it crosses 100MB it will refuse to go past the download.
