Achievement not unlocking when it being done correctly

I experience this issue in my normal survival world on normal Minecraft just a normal world no cheats nothing fishy. I aimed to get the achievement "Careful Restoration" and "Planting the Past" As I stated I got the 4 amount pottery shards to make the pot. I brushed the sus sand/sus gravel for them obv. I did the making and placed it down waiting on achievement and nothing at all I tried it again and again over this week's span. With the second achievement listed Planting the past, I got the sniffers and got the seeds plant them, and have a ton of them and didn't get the achievement at all. I haven't got all the smithing templates yet for the last achievement so not talking about that one yet until then I know that progress base but I have no progress on that when I only have three left and used them all once so far as well.
