Drowned

When I try to login, i use the code it sends to my email. It then gives the Drowned error code and I get blocked out. I've uninstall several times and restarted device. It actually just let me attempt login again after it was uninstalled for a few days. Was able to login to sons account, but when I opted to login with a different account it went back to Drowned and I'm blocked out again
