Achievement still locked after completion

The achievements in my survival world are not showing when i complete them. I have restarted my game and my Xbox multiple times but the achievement still says I didn't complete it. I even tried to complete multiple times after restarting but it still doesn't say I got it. The world i am in is a single player survival world and cheats are disabled.
