Crash while autosaving

Me and my friend play on a world we have since 2020, and every time it autosaves (after the icon dissapears), the game starts to lag and stutter, chunks wont load anymore, I cant interact with anything anymore, because my RAM spikes up to 99% because of I think bedrock_server.exe. Now, this does not happen if I move very slowly from chunk to chunk, and I stop moving when the autosave icon pops up because if I move quick and load chunks there and unload chunks there, it would happen again as stated above. Now, what is causing this issue? I never had this before but it started after the 1.20 update I think. And one thing, I dont know if this is true, but it happens in an specific area of our map. Anywhere else it does not happen.

CPU i5 10400F,
Windows 11 (My friend is on PS4)
