How do I save my worlds in minecraft

How do I save my worlds in minecraft, because even in safe mode I can't transfer my worlds like in this guide: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4409165790605.
Maybe there is some special program, because I even gave myself administrator rights to the folder, but I still can't do anything.
