Entities don't take cramming damage

Steps to reproduce:

• Find a spawner
• Build a spawning chamber which features a funnel to push mobs to a small place
• Wait until there are a lot of mobs 
• See that they don't take cramming damage

I suggest using the spawner method because natural spawning may exceed the mob cap.
