Worlds being corrupted by and not loading since 1.20 update

My long term survival worlds are not loading and being corrupted on PS4 and PS5 since 1.20 (2.66 PS) update.  Almost lost everything! Was lucky to find a week old backup on the cloud to download to a usb.  Can't attempt to load another world as it will be corrupted and lost forever.  Please advise ASAP?
