Delayed UI input on some screens

On the Create World screen, and the control scheme select when loading a world, the UI does not appear to react to normal click / tap inputs, but still scrolls normally. It will respond to slightly longer touch inputs (~200ms) as a normal tap, and longer as a normal long tap. This makes using these screens fiddly.

Clicking with a USB mouse results in normal instant click behaviour - the issue is in touch event handling.

Device is a OnePlus 6T (A6013) running Android 11 and Oxygen OS 11.1.2.2, build number A6013_41_211125.
