Bamboo breaking delay

Bamboo doesn't break immediately when I use a sword as soon as I aim at it using any touch control mode in Survival while I move sideways or sway my camera. This doesn't affect mouse and keyboard users.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play in survival mode.
2. Use touch control.
3. Plant bamboo in a 10x10 area.
4. Wait for it to grow.
5. Try to break it with a sword while you move sideways or sway your camera.

Observed Results:
Block breaking delay while you move sideways or sway your camera.

Expected Results:
Block breaking starts as soon as I aim at it.
