Marketplace Character Editor Not Displaying Some Purchased Items

As stated above, not all purchased items/ unlockable items are displaying or usable in the character editor. Specifically the "Back Items" category will not display any of the items I have. The Elder Dragon Wings that are achievement based do not show, nor do the 2 How To Train Your Dragon wing and tail sets I purchased. When I go to veiw the achievement I get this blank error screen. It is a minor inconvenience but I should be able to access them. Especially the ones I spent actual money on.
