Blocks can be placed in the same space as the player in certain situations

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world with the Crawling experiment enabled
2. Place a block one block above the ground
3. Stand right next to the block
4. Aim at the block and try to place a block
5. If nothing happens, move slightly and try again

Alternate Steps:

1. Download and open the attached world
2. Don't move the camera
3. Press the S key once
4. Press the W key once
5. Try to place a block

Observed Results:
The block is placed, and the player begins crawling.

Expected Results:
The block shouldn't be placed.
