Glow Lichen can no longer be placed on the sides of dirt path blocks

Glow Lichen can no longer be placed on the sides of dirt path blocks. Preexisting glow lichen now breaks when nearby blocks are modified. Using a shovel on a grass block with glow lichen causes the glow lichen to break.
