Players in creative mode are able to fly and glide at the same time

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In creative mode, grab an elytra;
2. Start gliding;
3. Double press the jump button to enter fly mode.

Observed Results:
You're both gliding and flying.

Expected Results:
You stop gliding and enter fly mode.
