Shattered (Windswept) Savanna Biome Color is Incorrect

The shattered savanna biome is lush (it rains in it), but the biome color is not. This should be changed so that the biome color is lush, because the biome is lush. If this ends up being fixed, please do not make the biome dry. This issue affects all versions 1.19.40 and above.
