When applying a resource pack that changes the panorama, the image is no longer tilted downwards and spins in the opposite direction

In one of the previews before 1.20, the panorama screen was changed to be tilted down and spin in the right direction to match Java Edition. Since then however, when applying a texture pack the panorama decides it no longer wants to be tilted down and spins in the opposite direction (even after restarting the game). Please note that the resource pack I am using does not modify any json files and only textures.
