Delay in action and game freeze

When mining and breaking blocks blocks do not disappear instantly those are delay of a minute and a half before disappearing and then the blocks do not drop anything like they used to then when playing with friends game freezes for a minute or two and then speeds up the catch up this happens quite frequently after the update
