Game lag while using elytra with new update

While using my elytra 2x since the update I have glitched mid air and died without hitting anything I was able to get my stuff back the first time but the second I sadly lost everything. This has been accompanied by major bouts of lag opening doors, fishing, and even our mob spawner is spawning mobs outside their containment (there is a mob spawning cage)

I use an Xbox one my cousins uses a ps4 both of us are having this issue on bedrock
