Main menu background freezes and menu disappears

When I load in minecraft PE, it works for about 0.5 seconds and all the UI or buttons like the play and marketplace button, go away and the rotating background freezes. I did install a resource pack and behavior pack before this happens, but i can't remove it in half a second before it freezes. I also went into files and deleted both but it still stays.
