Sounds do not finish playing fully or sometimes don't play at all when walking on blocks

This has been a little thing for a while but it feels kind of weird to play the game with this bug. Every time I walk or run on a block it sometimes doesnt play the sound all the way or it sometimes does not play at all.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Walk on any block that makes sound. That's it.
