In multiplayer game and disconnected and inventory and location is different form old location is inventory

I was in the game for two hours on a multiplayer world, then I get disconnected with the prompt "detected disconnected" and when I rejoin i that am at a old Location from my first time joining and inventory was different and tags are gone

I dont know what happand
