Careful Restoration achievement not working

I completed the careful restoration achievement twice by collecting the 4 pottery shreds and making a decorated pot. For whatever reason it still shows that the achievement is locked. I made sure to complete it when I was logged into my Minecraft account, so I don’t know why I am still unable to collect the achievement.
