The Minecraft pe character creator not working

Hey Minecraft, I have been using Minecraft since the bee update this happens to me a couple of times but this time it has been for me here since 1.19.83 can you see why that is happening. When I go to the character creator in Minecraft nothing works every thing can't be selected I can click on it but it does not show up on my avatar.
