Fall and suffocation damage at y256

You will take fall damage or suffocation damage at layer 256 for seemingly no reason.

 

I suspect it has something to do with the layer 256 because it was the old height limit and the Minecraft team hasn't fixed all of the quirks with the new height limit yet
