Random Light Emitted Without A Source

Started noticing random spots and trails of light while flying around my world. It is unaffected by luminescent blocks and items, natural light sources and the day/night cycle.

This issue is pretty much identical to MCPE-39439 but with light instead of shadows.

Below are screenshots showing this issue in it's 2 most common forms, randomly scattered light and strips of light appearing across chunk borders.
