Hanging sign on side of block remains in same position after block has been broken

Hanging sign on side of block remains in same position after block has been broken.

(Not sure if this is intentional)

 

Steps to Recreate:

1. Place any solid block
2. Place any hanging sign on the side of block
3. Destroy block
4. Notice how hanging sign remains in position, and does not break
