Image and Item Size Issue

Been enjoying the new update but while making an auto sorter I ran into a Item Size and 3D corruption issue. I undid my texture pack it did not fix it. I use the texture pack PureBDcraft by Zombiemold Its very funny but also annoying. Help? Haha.
