Xbox Worlds Don't Sync when trying to load back in

Ok so I thought I'd try out the new update today, and decided to see if the Xbox save issue has been fixed. So I started a basic flat world as a test, went in checked the bonus chest, saved and quit. Then when I tried to reload back into the world, the game just infinitely syncs data which I am almost certain the game isn't actually doing.

This has been an issue for me since 1.19.83 dropped and I'm getting a little pissed off I can't even play a game I PAYED FOR. This isn't a little issue, this makes the game the literal definition of unplayable.

 

I don't mean to come off as rude or nasty, but I've been dealing with this issue for over a month now and I'm at my wits end. I've tried literally everything to fix this short of nuking my Xbox, which I WILL NOT do, and nothing works.

 

So I'm making this post here because I am straight 100% out of other options.

 

Mojang please fix this, I actually want to enjoy this game but bugs like this make other games look far more enticing.
