Can place liquids on top of small grass and similar objects

Steps to reproduce : 

• Get a water bucket and find a small grass
• Place the water bucket on top of the grass while on it.     

Expected Result : 

The water will replace the grass.

 

Actual Result :

The water bucket will be placed on top of the grass.
