Shield Appears Too Low and Bow Too High

Recently on my world shields are now not showing up on my screen when not crouching and when I do crouch, they are very low. Also bows display much too high up on the screen than compared to how they did normally. (Im talking about the view of bow and shield in first person mode, it looks normal when looking at other players)

This happened on my 1.19.83 world and also happened another time a while back on a world in version 1.16

 

Expected behavior is that shield and bow should be in their normal position and not randomly shift upwards or downwards with no apparent fix.
