Woodland mansion reset to different layout

I traded with a Cartographer for a map, found the woodland mansion and renovated it. I saved the coordinates and stored chests of supplies. I left to explore the map. Using my saved coordinates I returned 2 weeks later. All my supplies, pets, allays are gone, my renovations gone, and the mansion is reconfigured to a different layout.
