Tallgrass Renders Strangely in the Distance

Tallgrass seems to lower in quality is the distance. I've noticed this bug in Bedrock edition for a long time and it seems to have gotten worse recently.

The further I move away from these grass blocks, the lower quality they appear and they render in a strange way, appearing a weird lighter green (they almost look... shiny? for want of a better word).  Hopefully this is evident in my screenshots because I'm not the best at explaining things.
