Typing out the last quote of a block state key, and then pressing tab prepends another quote at the front of the key

Steps to reproduce:

• Type the following command manually (don't use auto-complete)

  /setblock ~ ~ ~ oak_log ["pillar_axis"

• Press tab

Result:
A new quote is added at the start of the block state key, invalidating a previously correct part of the command.

Expected result:
No quote is added at the start (as one is already there).
