Getting any sherds before bricks first doesn't unlock the decorated pot recipe

When you are getting any sherds before you get the bricks first, the decorated pot recipe doesn't unlock and appear in the toast screen and the recipe book.

Step to Reproduce

1. Enable the "Recipe Unlock" experimental when creating new world.
2. Get any sherds.
3. See if the recipe unlocks the decorated pot recipe.

Observed Result
The decorated pot recipe doesn't get unlock and shown in the toast screen and the recipe book when getting any sherds before brick first.
