Soul sand and soul soil aren't announced as alternative ingredients

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the Recipe Unlocking experiment;
2. Get soul sand or soul soil;
3. Get the other ingredient.

Observed Results:
You only get one toast, announcing soul torches and soul campfires.

Expected Results:
You get a second toast upon getting the second item, to announce that it can be used as an alternative ingredient in existing recipes.
