Mine cart contents drop out of sync with java edition

Dear mojang:

In version 1.19 the feature that funnel mine carts are no longer dropped as mine carts and funnels when destroyed was added.

The java version of the player first found this feature can be used for item transportation and classification, java version will be retained as a gameplay
