Issues with my MCPE skin, my friends are unable to see it.

I play MCPE and recently I have come across the issue of my friends being unable to see my skin as well as the skin feature being a bit glitchy. When I pause the game, you can see that I am able to see my skin, but you also see that I am unable to see my microsoft account profile picture there (it appears as a gray person like it does when I'm offline). That started the same time that the skin glitching did so I think it is a part of it. When I leave the server and go to the main menu, you are able to see that I can see my skin there as well. When I open the options to change my skin and upload another one, it changes to that skin for all 5 characters despite me only trying to change the skin for one of them. When I am playing in servers with my friends, I appear as Steve to them despite having a custom skin on. When I make an outfit with the items I have earned from achievements or equip any of the other default skins, the same thing happens. I find this very annoying as it impacts the way my friends see me, but also because I am unable to have other skins saved.
