Shield off hand placed incorrectly when using cape or any skins

When I use a  cape or classic skin such as enderman in a suit or any kind of skins, the shield from off hand moves its place from center of the arm. The arm of the player slightly reaches the top edge of the shield holder.

If I use a Character from the character list such as Alex, Steve, Noor, Sunny etc. The shield moves slightly to the left, therefore the shield is still not properly centered on the player's hand exactly like Java or the old minecraft console edition version.
