Minecraft Skin Bug

I was playing Minecraft For Windows 10 on my pc. And I want to change my skin. So I went to the dressing room. When I saw the edit character button it was greyed out so I cannot change my skin.

 

Many other people had this bug in Minecraft Bedrock versions 1.18.31 to the latest version.
