Could go through a wall easily by throwing ender pearls

Summary：

Players could go through a wall by throwing ender pearls.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Facing towards a wall.

2.Sprint and throw an ender pearl to the wall.

3.Keep sprinting.

Observed Results:

You will teleport into the wall and then go through it. 

Expected Results:

You will teleport onto the wall and fell. You couldn't go through the wall.

Notes:

This bug affects any versions after 1.19.60. (It doesn't affect versions before 1.19.60)

If the wall is 2 or more blocks thick, you can still go through it by keep sprinting and throw more ender pearls in the wall.
